MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His global success has seen him break into mainstream Latin music. In 2017 the hit song from 2016 Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. In Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and also released ADN as his debut full-length album. The album reached number 8 in the Top Latin Albums Chart. Vaina Loca is the Top Five smash hit in 2010 featured him along with Ozuna. In 2020, he collaborated with Noriel for Mala Influencia and dropped the album Dopamina that year. In 2021, he sang an duet with TINI's popular song Maldita Foto. In 2023, 2000 with the hit La Bachata was released. Turizo was born into a family of musicians both his parents have been musicians. In interviews, he described music participation as mandatory. When he was a kid, he began learning to play saxophone guitar ukulele and piano.
